Drinks and Snacks (optional) Saturday evening we will hold a social and in the past we have had chapel communities bring snacks to share. You may also want to bring personal snacks for evenings.
Appropriate Clothing – it can be cool and wet. The conference is mostly in one large building, but it is a short walk to other chapels nearby. Bring comfortable walking shoes.

Silent Auction Items:John J. Kasing Seminarian Fund is our perpetual charity for MCCW. Donated Items are needed for this auction. Individual donations as well as donated items by chapel groups are welcome. Themed baskets have been very successful at our past retreats. We will run our auction from Friday thru Saturday afternoon. An informational letter will be sent to all who register with more details on what to bring for the auction.
